Imposter Syndrome with Katrina Alilovic
Do you ever feel like you’re just waiting for someone to find you out? That you’ve managed to pull the wool over everyone’s eyes for so long but it’s just a matter of time before life as you know it comes crashing down due to people finally figuring out that you’ve managed to fool them all. The truth they are yet to uncover is that you don’t possess the necessary skills, intelligence or experience you need to do your job.
It’s exhausting, isn’t it? Many of us are suffering in silence – not knowing that others experience this crippling self- doubt, self-loathing and fear of failure. When we break the isolation we begin to break the back of the problem.
